Magenta in colour with spicy, layered aromatics of wild strawberries, pressed flowers, dried rosemary and flinty mineral undertones. The palate is grippy and dense, this is a serious wine of focus and precision. Unfurling slowly in the glass, this is the most "Pinot-like" wine in the range, and would likely give some serious red Burgundy a run for its money. Vertical, intense and moreish, this could do with a year or so in bottle before it really hits its stride. Buy some before the staff take it all!
