Tasting Notes

Bright cherry-pink color, offering aromas of vivid candied blood oranges, raspberries, spices and strawberry Napoleon pastry. Beautifully fresh and vibrant with a vinous core. Very dynamic and inviting, with zippy mineral tension throughout. Disgorged March 2026. 7 g/L dosage. Drink or hold.
