The 2021 Barbaresco Pajè is a total stunner. Explosive and aromatic, the 2021 possesses stunning inner perfume, deep fruit and the structure to hold it all together. Deeply pitched spicebox, rose petal, tea, orange peel and dried herbs soar across the palate. A Barbaresco of dimension, the 2021 is breathtaking.
