Rich and waxy in style, offering ripe peaches, quince, raw almonds and an attractive note of clove. Medium- to full-bodied, structured and compact yet rather delicate, with a round texture. Broad and lingering, closing on a delicious note. Drink or hold.
Open and inviting aroma of creamy, mealy citrus with a touch of clementine. The oak is present but not intrusive on the nose, creamy and vanilla-like, then a little more obvious on the palate. Chewy, mouth-filling, rich yet just fresh enough to balance. Powerful, oaked Chardonnay with a long, spicy finish. Needs to be drunk pretty cool to moderate the weight of fruit. Drink: 2026-2029
